Thank you for shopping with us! Please note that all of our products are made to order and custom designed specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
No Returns or Refunds
- All items are made to order based on your specific preferences, which means we do not accept returns or provide refunds on any orders once they are placed.
- Please double-check your order details, including size, design, and shipping information, before completing your purchase to ensure everything is correct.
Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
- When reporting this to us, please include images of the damage and the order number. Once approved, Born Brave Boutique will replace it with the same size and color as the original order. If any damage is reported after the 5 day time period, Born Brave Boutique is not responsible. If the required images cannot be provided, Born Brave Boutique will be unable to fulfill your request.

Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 10-14 business days from the time of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can keep an eye on its journey!
Shipping Rates & Options
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free economy shipping on all orders over $75 (before taxes and after discounts).
- Economy Shipping: For orders under $75, will have a flat rate of $2.99, which typically takes 2-8 business days for delivery.
- Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.
- All other shipping options will be based on USPS estimated calculation.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- PO Boxes: Ground shipping is available to PO Boxes.
Order Tracking
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

- Our current processing time is 10-14 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
- Free shipping is offered on orders of $75 or more. Standard ground shipping typically takes 2-8 business days.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. No Returns or Refunds
- Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of defective or damaged items, which must be reported within 5 days of receipt. In such cases, we will arrange for a replacement or store credit.
