  • Our current processing time is 10-14 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
  • Free shipping is offered on orders of $45 or more. Standard ground shipping typically takes 2-8 business days.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. No Returns or Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of defective or damaged items, which must be reported within 5 days of receipt. In such cases, we will arrange for a replacement or store credit.
