Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 10-14 business days from the time of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can keep an eye on its journey!

Shipping Rates & Options

• Free Shipping: Enjoy free economy shipping on all orders over $45 (before taxes and after discounts).
• Economy Shipping: For orders under $45, will have a flat rate of $2.99, which typically takes 2-8 business days for delivery.
• Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.
• All other shipping options will be based on USPS estimated calculation.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship within the United States only.
• PO Boxes: Ground shipping is available to PO Boxes.

Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Times

While we aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, please note that delivery times can vary based on the carrier and your location.

If you are in the Knoxville TN area, pickup is also an option.
