Thank you for shopping with us! Please note that all of our products are made to order and custom designed specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
No Returns or Refunds
- All items are made to order based on your specific preferences, which means we do not accept returns or provide refunds on any orders once they are placed.
- Please double-check your order details, including size, design, and shipping information, before completing your purchase to ensure everything is correct.
Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
- When reporting this to us, please include images of the damage and the order number. Once approved, Born Brave Boutique will replace it with the same size and color as the original order. If any damage is reported after the 5 day time period, Born Brave Boutique is not responsible. If the required images cannot be provided, Born Brave Boutique will be unable to fulfill your request.
